If your out on a date and their ex comes in and starts to berate the person your with, about their kid. What do you do, guys? And ladies if he gets into a physical altercation with your baby’s father for defending you, do you stay out of it?

I’m not tiny and I am a bit overweight. I don’t want to drink too much. Does it look wrong to have three alcoholic drinks on a second date? Women: do you usually get slightly tipsy from three drinks? I drink super fast & love alcohol, but mainly on dates, to loosen up, but not to get drunk, just for a buzz. Thx.

It has nothing to do with them. I just need to focus on getting to a more stable ground myself without taking on the issues of another unstable person. Once I’m in a stable mind I’ll communicate with other like minded ppl. How do I tell someone that this is why I don’t choose to date?

So I’m dating a guy who lost his father in a horrific car/pedestrian accident. The dad trashed drove the car into the ditch. The guy was drunk so he started walking.
He was hit by one car and that car drove off. At least the second car that hit him actually stopped. I’m definitely not going to bring up the topic, but it will eventually come up.

I hear that if you have been dating your signifcant other for over a certain amount of years then by some sort of state law you are legally married? If so, in which state, and what does the law actually state?
