Areas where an American single male can find friends to help see the city??

I’m still new to the area, and I’m having a hard time meeting women. I’m 40, attractive and have a lot to offer, but I haven’t found much for singles to do, and the online thing hasn’t worked out either. The holidays are approaching, and I’d like to find someone to spend time with. Any suggestions?

My friend and her new boyfriend are being really annoying and lovestruck how long will I have to listen to them be all “you make me laugh,no you make me smile” everytime I hear them say these things I almost puke (figuratively not seriously).How long does this go on for?

I know this is a HOW LONG IS A PIECE OF STRING question, but if 2 people REALLY like each other, when does the dating stop and the relationship start? Does someone suggest a relationship?

My date, 16, is extremely bipolar, but takes Seroquil which seems to work.
In addition to being bipolar, my date also has ADD, Anxiety, Fear of Failure, and also just completed rehab for marijuana addiction.
My date also just completed 3 months in foster care becuase the bio mom was addicted to drugs.
What are some of the complications I can expect dealing with ALL these psychological issues.

I personally don’t understand how people say “They’re stealing our men/women”. They’re pretty much millions of strangers you’re stating that are getting “stolen” from you. I’m trying to understand why it might affect or bother somebody when they see people dating outside their race.

So when you are dating someone….how much does their profession, living situation, bank account balance, education, etc… matter when judging whether this would be a good bf/gf?

Do people usually hold hands before they decide to go out with each other or affirm that they’re dating and then hold hands for the first time?
