Oh come on, are you kidding? I once had a semi-crush for a 34 yr old woman that was a student in one of my classes. She looked like she was 23 (definitely looked much younger than her age) and I had just turned 19. Honestly, if she had liked me I would have said yes for sure, she was just a sweetheart, smart, beautiful, and soooo nice with me ……. However (as expected) differences were too big and I am sure she would never date someone that could be her son, so I didn’t even try, and I had my doubts as well because she had finished a relationship just a few months before and she definitely wasn’t looking for anyone, so I forgot about it, there was no other choice …….. if she was 22 though, oh boy WATCH OUT!!!! here I come JK
, but seriously I would have done something about it for sure …… so no worries AT ALL in your case.

Not at all….. now if you said 14 years / 16 that is a big difference in stage of life especially if it was a 14 year old boy with a 16 year old girl… no 16 year old girl would waste her time with a 14 year old immature boy.
The ladies are usually more mature than us …… the only thing that stinks is he really can’t take you out to bars or 21 & up night clubs…. if you are into that thing. In one more year that won’t even matter.

That isn’t a HUGE age difference at all. The most important thing to ask yourself is if you would be happy being with him versus how inconvenient the age difference would make things, i.e. you couldn’t go to the bar together. Boo-f-ing-hoo. With an age spread like that, it really is just a number. I dated a girl who was 21 when I was 19, the sun came up the next day.

I mean come on, you grow up since middle school with the same damn kids your age, most people breach out of their graduating class to find new friends/dating partners

NO dear, two years is nothing. I have seen women and men married with 20 and 25 years difference. Age is only number. In fact you both are almost the same age. Don’t worry about as soon as is respect you and treat you like a lady.

Haha come on, are you for real? That ain’t no thang. I dated a 24 year old and I’m 20, and we didn’t even discuss it until we were 6 months in the relationship. And even then, it was joking around about the age difference.

nope thats perfectly fine! my sister is 24 and has been dating a 29 year old for months now and she is perfectly happy. age doesn’t matter as much once you get older. i’m willing to bet theres some sort of age difference between your parents.. its very normal

Absolutely not, nothing wrong with that at all. Two years is nothing, and besides, everyone acts differently, I know 18 year olds who act with more maturity than a couple of 30 year olds I know.

My boss at work is 43 and he is dating a 29 year old woman.

No problem with that at all. Some men like older women, even if it’s by a few years, or some like a large gap because older women typically are more stable than younger women, or women their age.

not at all, there are people dating with a 30 year difference, yours is only 2 years apart so don’t sweat it, I am dating a guy with a 2 year age difference

no not really, love doesnt have an age. Its the bond between two people, who share powerful emotion. I’ve seen worse where theres a 10 years age difference than that would be a big age difference.
